Playing Field and Playground

The Memorial Playing Fields with the children's playground are leased from Vale of Glamorgan Council. Under the lease agreement the Community Council is responsible for:

- insurance of the area; repairs and maintenance;

- ensuring the area is kept open and accessible;

- restricting use to a public playing field, sports and recreation ground, public space and other compatible use;

- development and alterations with the consent of the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
